About Us

Introduction

Pokémon Paradise RPG was originally thought of back in 2009, when the internet was a much different place. There were countless Pokémon RPGs at the time, some of which are still around but many have been lost to time; Pokémon Paradise included. In October of 2024, PokéPara was started back up again with a fresh take on the genre. We utilize modern web development while still holding onto those nostalgic memories from when we played our first Pokémon game. PokéPara's mission is to create a fun and relaxing place for people of all ages to come together and enjoy Pokémon.

About the Team

Pokémon Paradise RPG's team is made up of two members: Pidginhead and MissBirdBrain. If you couldn't tell from our usernames, we really like birds. We're a couple that have been together for over eight years now, but who's counting?

Pidginhead - Programming

With an extensive history in web development, I've written all of the code that keeps the RPG running. I've always loved Pokémon and computers from a young age. Creating Pokémon Paradise is the entire reason I got into programming in the first place, so it will always hold a special place in my heart.

MissBirdBrain - Artwork

Art has been my passion for as long as I can remember. I had always performed well in school and college, but the 9 to 5 was never for me. Art is the only way I've truly felt I can express myself. With a long history of making traditional art, it's been a fun and challenging experience learning digital art as a new medium. I'm looking forward to all of the new Paradise Pokémon that I'll create for years to come.
