You’re probably wondering how to get started playing Pokémon Paradise RPG. After you choose your region and select a starter, what’s there to do?I’ll talk about the Dashboard and Menu first and then go into more detail about PokéPara’s features. But if you want to jump right in, find Explore in the menu, click or tap Route 1, and you can start catching Pokémon! Be on the lookout for Paradise Pidove! V0.2.0 is our first major update of 2026. Battles have had some new changes including the following held items: Exp. Share, Exp. All, and Amulet Coin. Poké Balls now have accuracy checks, making other balls valuable. Multiple Pokémon can receive experience if they participate in battle. Pokémon center pages have been consolidated to one page. Achievements have been added. Lastly, the blog is now live!
Welcome to the Pokémon Paradise RPG blog! I’ve never written a blog before, so bear with me as I tell my story. Pokémon Paradise RPG was first online back in 2008 and 2009 when Justin Birdwhistle (Pidginhead) and a few friends decided to create an online Pokémon RPG. We all played Pokémon RPGs and wanted to make our own. We thought we could compete with some of the big boys like TPPCRPG and Eclipse RPG. Sometimes… you’re just not quite ready to play with the older kids.
